To cook scrambled eggs, they are usually cracked into a bowl and whisked to blend the whites and the yolk. Sometimes water or milk is added to the mixture. If scrambled eggs are prepared well, they are fluffy and soft.
Sunny side up means your egg yolk looks like a bright morning sun.To cook it, crack an egg into a frying pan and do not flip it over. The yolk can be dripping or pretty hard depending on how long you cook it.
- OVER (HARD, MEDIUM, EASY)
If you flip the egg in the previous recipe, you will make OVER EASY EGG. If you leave it for a while, it will turn into OVER MEDIUM, and then to OVER HARD).
- BOILED (HARD BOILED, SOFT BOILED)
The name speaks for itself here - these eggs are boiled in water. 10-12 minutes will make them hard boiled, less time will make them soft boiled.
